The share of Camden pupils reaching grade 4 or above in GCSE English and maths fell from 67.3% in 2023/24 to 63.1% in 2024/25. Attainment at grade 5 or above stood at 46.8% in 2024/25 and entry to both subjects at 93.9%, both recorded as falls. Three measures moved unfavourably in the same academic year, and the fall in the headline figure is more than four percentage points. The entry rate falling alongside attainment is worth noting, since a smaller entered cohort can move the attainment share on its own.
