The average house price in Epsom and Ewell rose from £558,050 in April 2026 to £568,314 in May and £568,810 in June. Rents rose alongside: a two-bedroom home cost £1,473 a month in April, £1,479 in May, £1,480 in June and £1,482 in July, and a one-bedroom home £1,176 in March. Prices and rents both rose in every reading, though the rent increases are of a few pounds a month while the price gain over two months is substantial.
