Rent for a semi-detached home reached £710 in April and for a terraced home £641 in June, both rising, while a home with four or more bedrooms cost £901 in July. The average house price rose from £142,280 in April 2026 to £144,603 in June, and 48 homes were sold in March. Rents rose on three separate property types and prices rose alongside them, though the amounts involved are small.
