The average house price in Ceredigion fell to £237,176 in June 2026. Homes sold were 52 in January 2026 and 53 in March. Rents were steady: a detached home cost £804 a month in January, a two-bedroom home £650 in February and £651 in March, a semi-detached home £721 in May and a three-bedroom home £767 in July. The fall in price is the only movement recorded here, and with one reading of it there is nothing to confirm whether it continues. Sales volumes barely moved.
