The average house price in Gwynedd rose from £203,742 in April 2026 to £204,274 in May and £206,665 in June. Rents rose alongside: a two-bedroom home cost £650 a month in April, £661 in May and £674 in July, and a flat or maisonette £627 in June. There were 90 homes sold in April.
